1. Introduction
Welcome to Reevup LLC’s booking website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.
2. Booking Process
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation on our website.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once payment has been processed.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Booking Modifications: Any changes to your booking (e.g., dates, number of guests) must be requested at least 14 days before your check-in date and are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation based on each property and rate plan cancellation policy.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your reservation, the full booking amount will be charged.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: Check-in will follow each property rules. Early check-in may be available upon request, fees and is subject to availability.
Check-Out Time: Check-out will follow each property rules. Late check-out requests must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.
Identification: A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in to verify your identity and rental agreement will need to be signed.
5. Property Use and Guest Responsibilities
Occupancy Limits: The number of guests staying in the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking confirmation.
House Rules: Guests are required to follow all house rules provided at the property. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or eviction without a refund.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection of the property.
6. In-House Services
Cleaning Services: Regular cleaning is provided before and after your stay. Additional cleaning services can be requested for an extra fee.
Maintenance: In case of any maintenance issues, please contact us immediately so we can address the problem as soon as possible.
7. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for processing your booking and improving our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as part of our booking process (e.g., payment processing).

8. Limitation of Liability
Property Condition: While we strive to ensure that our properties are in excellent condition, we are not liable for any issues arising from the property’s condition during your stay.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
